How do/should we withdraw from any hurting friendship?

call the friend less often. Do not reveal intimate secrets to the person as he/she may use that to hurt you.

Be kind, but do not put yourself into a situation where the person can hurt you.

Hang out with your other friends, reconnect with other friends, and break away from hanging out with the person involved in the bad friendship.

Just because you are not friends with one person does not mean that you have to break away from your other friends.

Ending a bad friendship does not mean that the other person has to become an enemy. You can simply be acquaintances.
***************

  1. Though they may have hurt you before, learn to forgive and forget.
  2. Though it may be hard, ask God for His strength and wisdom to do the right things.
  3. Remember, doesn’t mean the friend has hurt you, you can hurt them back. Two wrongs do not make a right.
  4. Though you may have lost a friend, remember you will always have a best friend that will never leave nor forsake you and that will love you no matter what, You can always turn to Him because He is always there.

HE IS GOD.
